About Chef Linda
Chef Linda created these classes out of her passion for food and love of cooking. Erica and I truly hope you enjoy her classes and can walk away with the knowledge and confidence to cook these recipes in your own home.
She has been in the food and beverage industry for almost 40 years, as a chef and owner. Chef Linda has traveled and worked abroad cooking and sampling cuisines from all over the globe.
Her work abroad soon became her passion, to learn to cook so many different cuisines, then cook these at her home in Hawaii, using local and seasonal ingredients. She sometimes puts her own twist or local flavor to the dish. My favorite part of traveling was the various cooking classes she took in every country. She now gets to realize her dream of sharing her experience in her home on Oahu with you.
