Road to Hana Short Version Details

This tour is great for those who want to see the Road to Hana but without a 10-12 hour all day tour. You’ll get to see some of the best stops along the way and then the expert guide will take you through Garden of Eden, a great way to get the full value out of the botanical garden.

Your day will start meeting at the Kahului Safeway at 7:45am and the tour will run until about 1:30-2:30pm depending on traffic conditions. Check your stress at the door because all you have to do is sit back and enjoy while your driver expertly navigates hundreds of turns and dozens of one lane bridges.

Your first stop will be at the Ke’anae Peninsula and Aunty Sandy’s famous banana bread. Next you’ll get to go through the Garden of Eden, enjoying a private tour of the gorgeous botanical garden. You’ll cap off the tour with a fantastic picnic lunch, which is provided, at one of the lookouts in the Garden of Eden.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Are there any participant restrictions?

• Participants must be able to walk on a gravel road for approximately 1/2 mile.
• Individuals must be capable of moderate physical activity.
• The activity is not suitable for those who have recently undergone surgery, or have previous or current injuries to their feet, legs, or hips.
• Individuals with medical or non-medical conditions that may be exacerbated by this activity are not permitted to participate.
• Participants must be at least eight (8) years old.
• Unaccompanied children between the ages of 8 and 15 are not allowed. Parents must sign waivers for 16 and 17-year-olds.
