Jordan ranks manta ray night snorkeling as one of his top 5 outdoor experiences and it’s easy to see why. Once the sun is completely set, slip into the water and observe the manta rays as they feast on plankton. They turn, swirl, and do barrel rolls, often bringing themselves just inches from your face. Join Sea Paradise on their 45-foot vessel for a night with mantas you won’t soon forget.

Here is a video from one of our many manta ray night snorkeling experiences (seriously, we do this every time we visit):

Manta Ray Snorkel with Sea Paradise Details

Your adventure begins aboard their trimaran, the Hokulani, as you cruise to the world famous, Manta Ray Village. Manta rays are gentle giants of the sea, with many residing along the Kona Coast. Harmless to humans, they are drawn to the spotlights that light up the night to eat plankton.

These mesmerizing creatures sometimes gracefully glide within inches of amazed snorkelers. Sea Paradise is an original manta ray tour expert in Hawaii, helping its guests get up close and personal with these majestic creatures since 1985. Departure times vary seasonally based on sunset times.
