Since the devastation of the Lahaina fire, Sail Maui cannot operate their Lahaina tours. But they are still running tours on their vessel Paragon II out of Ma’alaea Harbor. Sail Maui is still welcoming visitors with open arms and trying to keep their crew busy and doing what they love as all of Maui navigates what lies ahead.

Molokini Crater Snorkel & Sail Details
Embark on a fun exciting sail to Molokini Crater, a marine reserve famous for phenomenal snorkeling. You can expect to see hundreds of different species of tropical fish, and on the way keep your eye out for spinner dolphins and humpback whales during whale season (December-May).
This tour departs from Ma’alaea Harbor, about 15 minutes north of Kihei, and includes everything you need for a great time, just wear your swimsuit and bring a towel! They’ll provide your snorkel gear and fins (you’re welcome to bring your own, but no full face masks), flotation devices, and reef-safe sunscreen. You can even come hungry as they provide a continental breakfast and a deli-style buffet lunch. Drinks including local wine and beer are also part of the deal.

Is there anything else I should bring?
A hat, sunglasses, camera, and reusable water bottle are at the top of our list, and during the winter months, you may want to bring a light jacket.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
They can provide vegetarian or gluten-free options through their catering companies, although people with severe nut allergies or who have celiac disease should be aware that they cannot guarantee there has been no cross-contamination.
Why are full face masks not permitted?
They interfere with your ability to communicate with the crew, they leak or fog up, and have been known to restrict breathing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations prior to 24 hours from the departure time (HST) are provided a full refund. In the case of operator cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
